Peter  is one of our newest Easter 2018 bunnies. He has been made from some of our hand-dyed long pile alpaca fur in an unusual lavender-blue colouring with a batik effect (mottled blends of deeper and softer blue tones). The original ivory white alpaca has been used for his inner ears, belly, cheeks and cute little bunny tail. 

Peter looks out through big black glass eyes and has a hand-embroidered bunny nose with silk-dye shading. He is fully T-pin jointed and stuffed with a mix of polyfill and glass shot (even his gorgeous droopy ears are weighted!). His hands and paws have also been shaded with silk-dye and have embroidered 'claws' in a blue to match his delicious big blue and black butterfly wings. (The wings are also handmade by a Spanish artist who is renowned for her impeccable work, and are held in place with an inbuilt pin, so are fully removable). 

Peter is a one of a kind artist bear, in a series.
